Public Meeting Schedule

ThursdayIn accordance with the Open Meetings Act, all City of Pelham Council and Board Meetings are open to the public. 

Board of Adjustments & Appeals

The board meets on a called basis to consider variances to the Building and Fire Codes. Meeting notices are posted at City Hall and the City Meetings Calendar.

Commercial Development Authority

The CDA meets on the third Tuesday of each month at 6:30 p.m. to promote industrial, commercial, and retail development. Meeting notices are posted at City Hall and on the City Meetings Calendar.

Library Board

The board meets quarterly to review municipal library policies and procedures. Meeting notices are posted at the Library, City Hall, and on the City Meetings Calendar. 

Park & Recreation Advisory Board

The board meets on the third Wednesday of each month at 5:00 p.m. to propose and review Parks & Recreation policies and procedures. Meeting notices are posted at City Hall and on the City Meetings Calendar.

Pelham Board of Education

The BOE meets on the last Monday of each month at 6:30 p.m. at the Pelham Board of Education to conduct its general business. Meeting notices are posted at the Pelham Board of Education and on the Pelham City Schools website..

Pelham City Council

The City Council meets on the Thursday following the first and third Monday of each month at 5:30 p.m. at Pelham City Hall for the purpose of conducting general municipal business. In accordance with Ordinance Number 399-07, if a holiday or other conflict falls on a regularly scheduled meeting day, the city council will meet within one (1) week, as determined by the council, with proper notice given. Meeting notices are posted at City Hall and on the City Meetings Calendar. All meetings are open to the public, but they are not public hearings. 

City Council Work Sessions are held on the first and third Mondays of each month at 5:30 p.m. at Pelham City Hall.

Personnel Board

The board meets as needed to handle business related to employee and personnel rules and regulations. Meeting notices are posted at City Hall and on the City Meetings Calendar. 

Planning & Zoning Commission

The commission meets on the second Thursday of each month at 6:00 p.m. to conduct municipal business related to the zoning ordinance. Work sessions begin at 5:30 p.m. Meeting notices are posted at City Hall and on the City Meetings Calendar.

Storm Water Board

The board meets on a called basis to conduct business related to stormwater runoff. Meeting notices are posted at City Hall and on the City Meetings Calendar. 

Water Department

The Water Department meets on a called basis to discuss municipal business related to the Pelham Water & Sewer System. Meeting notices are posted at City Hall and on the City Meetings Calendar.

Zoning Board of Adjustments

The board meets on a called basis to consider variances to the Pelham Zoning Ordinance. Meeting notices are posted at City Hall and on the City Meetings Calendar.
